Copa America Centenario training camp: USMNT names roster to open Copa America 2016
Copa America Centenario training camp, U.S. Soccer is calling it "move camp" and it highlights the greater part of the names you would anticipate from Europe and Mexico, with a few new faces tossed in.
The 25-year-old will show up in a U.S. men's national group camp and with Jozy Altidore's hamstring possibly keeping him out of Copa America, alongside the Americans' battles up top, he could have an opportunity to constrain his direction onto the competition's last list. Check out the official website for Copa america here.
Paul Arriola, Amando Moreno, Caleb Stanko and Zach Steffen join Picault as players getting their first look in senior group camp. It would be an astonishment if any of those four split the Copa America group, with Steffen having the most obvious opportunity as a third goalkeeper there more to pick up experience than whatever else.
There are players with bounty to pick up in preparing camp, drove by Brad Guzan and Tim Howard. The two are doing combating for the beginning goalkeeper work, having rotated for six months now, however Klinsmann will apparently get a kick out of the chance to have a set starter for Copa America.
After the week's transition camp, the U.S. will open full-fledged training camp, with just short of two weeks to prepare for their Copa America Centenario opener on June 3 against Colombia. They will have two more friendlies before that, against Ecuador on May 25 and Bolivia on May 28 (8 p.m. ET, FS1).
