Copa America 2016 Chile Squad, Charles Aranguiz has been included in the Chile squad for the Copa America Centenario.
Charles Aranguiz joins Arturo Vidal and Alexis Sanchez in the last 23-man Chile squad for one month from now's Copa America Centenario.
Having spent a great part of the 2015-16 season sidelined through an Achilles harm supported not long after marking for Bayer Leverkusen a year ago, Aranguiz did not make his introduction for the German club until April 1.
The midfielder finished off the season with objectives in progressive matches as Leverkusen secured Champions League capability.
With his wellness not a worry, Aranguiz has been chosen by Juan Antonio Pizzi as Chile hope to protect the title they won on home soil – and without precedent for their history – a year ago.
The solid spine utilized so frequently by previous supervisor Jorge Sampaoli is held, with Claudio Bravo, Gary Medel, Vidal and Sanchez all included.
